The spring engine has a feature called strategic zoom, which was blatantly copied from the supreme commander previews. Some people have found a useful way of using this to show full length games in a matter of minutes!! Under the moniker of dot wars xtaboi, Noruas and others have been recording videos of entire games on a single screen and then speeding them up for easy viewing!

Neuroanatomist Jill Bolte Taylor talked about her experience of having a stroke at the TED, watching it I thought her talk was enlightening if not a moving rendition. As she said, the irony of a scientist studying the brain experiencing a stroke from the inside out.
